Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk from Soho Square, which I loved for dining. The rooms, especially the deluxe ones, had beautiful decorations and great views of the pools. However, the service was not up to par as I faced some stomach issues during my stay. Overall, it's a nice place but not without its faults.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its spacious rooms that were clean and had fresh fruit and drinks upon arrival. The beach view was stunning, and the location was perfect—close to Soho Square but still quiet. The staff, especially Mr. Atef Zaki, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The dining, however, could use some improvement, particularly at dinner. Overall, I felt it was good value for money, but the dining experience didn't quite match the rest.
The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere with clean and comfortable rooms, offering fantastic views of the pool and the sea. The staff is polite and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, during peak times, the service can feel a bit overwhelmed. The dining options could use more variety, especially at breakfast.
The hotel's location is excellent, close to both the beach and Soho Square, which is great for dining and shopping. The rooms were spacious and had a private balcony with a lovely view, but the lack of an elevator was inconvenient. The staff were friendly, though occasionally could be a bit grumpy. Overall, I felt it was a decent stay, but dining options could definitely improve.
The hotel has a large and clean room, which was a nice surprise along with the fresh fruit and drinks waiting for us. However, the bathroom could use some updates, and it was disappointing to find out that there was no elevator. The location is decent, especially if you enjoy a short walk to Soho Square, but the service could have been more helpful, particularly when it came to local dining options.
